岳阳市土地利用效益及障碍度研究
Study on Land Use Efficiency and Obstacle Degree in Yueyang City
摘要
Abstract
Improving the efficiency of land use is a mandatory requirement for building "Beautiful land" and a all-round well-off society way,For the sake of evaluating the land use efficiency in Yueyang,index system has been established from four layers:social benefit,economic benefit,ecological benefit and environmental benefit.Based on the data of land use efficiency during 2001-2010,this paper analyzed the land use efficiency and the obstacles of land use in Yueyang with the entropy TOPSIS method and obstacle degree model The result of study showed that:the land use efficiency of Yueyang from 2001 to 2010 demonstrates a strong escalating trend.The average annual growth rate has reached nearly 6.71％,and the growth rate accelerated significantly in the late stage.From 2001 to 2010,the land use efficiency of Yueyang could be divided into 3 stages.In the first stage (2001-2002),the efficiency was pretty low.In the second stage (2003-2007),the efficiency was medium,but this stage last longest.In the third stage (2008-2010),the efficiency was the highest.Comprehensively speaking,the economic benefit and ecological benefit had a significant impact on the land use efficiency of Yueyang,and before the year of 2010,the average financial income was the most important factor for the land use efficiency of Yueyang,but the planting area became the primary factor in 2010.关键词
