洋姜光合-光响应曲线模型适用性研究
Photosynthetic Light Response Curve Model Applicability of Jerusalem artichoke

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the optimal model of Jerusalem artichoke's photosynthesis light response curve and provide a reference for the study light-response curve and the application of physiological and ecology of J.artichoke.[Method] Photosynthesis light response curve of J.artichoke was tested by using the Li-6400.[Result] Comprehensive comparison each model fitting value and physiological parameters of J.artichoke,it could find that the Modified rectangular hyperbola model(MRH) was better than Exponential model,Nonrectangular hyperbola model,Modified exponential model and Rectangular hyperbola model.According to the MRH,the light saturation and the maximum net photosynthetic rate were 1 998.78 μmol/(m2 ·s) and 27.98 μmol/(m2 ·s),respectively,which fitted the measured values closest.[Conclusion] So the MRH is optimal modal for describing J.artichoke's light-response curve.关键词
