Study on the Number and Shape Differences of Stoma in Different Genotypes of Maize
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the number and shape differences of stoma in different genotypes of maize.[Method] Maize cultivars super-sweet corn(Huawei 6),pop corn(Tebao 2),waxy corn (Xixinghuangnuo 6),high-oil corn(Gaoyou 115) and dent corn(Zhengdan 958) were used as test materials to study the anatomical structure differences of ear leaf in different maize cultivars.[Result] There were differences in the number and shape of stoma in upper epidermis and lower epidermis.The number of stoma in upper epidermis was lower than that of lower epidermis.[Conclusion] The research results can provide theoretical basis for excavating the yield potential of different genotypes of maize.关键词
