摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To find efficient and low-cost adsorption materials to remove heavy metal pollutants.[Method]Taking celery as the raw material, the adsorption properties of biochars derived from Celery biomass on some typical heavy metal ions [Cu2+, Cd2+, Cr (VI)] were studied.[Result]The results showed that the biochars obtained by oxygen limited pyrolysis of celery biomass in mesotherm(350、500℃)can adsorb Cu2+ with a capacity of more than 50 mg/g, and also exhibited good adsorption to Cd2+ and Cr(VI) ions.The adsorption process can be well described by Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption equations.The high adsorption of biochars derived from celery biomass to heavy metal ions was discussed by combining infrared spectra, scanning electronic microscope and energy-dispersing spectra, and was related to its surface precipitation, complexation and ion exchange.[Conclusion]Biochars derived from celery biomas has strong adsorption properties to heavy metal ions, and has broad application prospects.
