摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study aroma components and biological activities of ginger essential oil.[Method] The aromatic components of ginger essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Biological activities in vitro were also studied,including total antioxidant activity and DPPH,ABTS radical scavenging ability.[Result] The results showed that aromatic components of ginger essential oil were identified 52 chemical compounds,including 24 kinds of alkene,16 kinds of alcohols,5 kinds of acids,3 kinds of ketone,2 kinds of aldehyde,1 kinds of esters and 1 kinds of aromatic compounds.In addition,ginger essential oil had good antioxidant activity and removal ability of DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for development and utilization of ginger essential oil.
