High-efficient Technology System on Marker-assistant Selection of Pi-1 and Pi-2 by SSR
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Exploring high-efficient detection technology system of SSR molecular markers,to accelerate the process of rice blast resistance breeding and provide a new way of promoting and popularizing the marker-assistant selection technology in enterprise field.[Method] The DNAs of leaves in field were extracted by rapid method,twofold PCR and two-line polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with primers MRG4766 and AP22 were used to select breeding population.[Result] An technology system with less cost and simple operation was set up to fast detect rice blast resistant genes Pi-1 and Pi-2 accurately and stably on a large scale.[Conclusion] By the technology system,high-efficient marker-assistant selection to the blast resistant breeding population can be achieved to quicken the breeding process,and then popularize marker-assistant selection technology in enterprise field.关键词
