摘要
Abstract
The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products in United States has a long history and formed a clear and mature system, which has a great reference for China to improve the protection system of geographical indications.China has rich agricultural resources, but protection at the legal level is lacking, resulting in many direct or indirect economic losses.The current situation of agricultural trade between China and the United States was analyzed, legal system of protection of GI of agricultural products in the United States was studied , and drawed lessons from the case of the United States and other countries on the negotiation of geographical indications, and provided some enlightenment for China to establish and improve the protection of agricultural landmarks.关键词
