单核细胞、单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值与冠状动脉斑块的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between monocyte,monocyte/high density lipoprotein ratio and coronary plaque
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between monocyte,monocyte/HDL ratio and coronary artery plaque.Methods 97 patients underwent CT coronary angiography examination.According to the results of this examination, patients were divided into three groups, non-plaque group(n=33), plaque with single coronary artery group(n=33), plaque with multiple coronary artery group(n=31).The count of monocyte and MHR was compared.Number of monocytes that were adherent to fibrinogen was compared between non-plaque group and vulnerable plaque group.Phagocytosis ability to clear lipid of monocytes was compared between non-plaque group and vulnerable plaque group.Results There was significant difference in age, monocyte, MHR and fibrinogen of patients between non-plaque group, plaque with single coronary artery group and plaque with multiple coronary artery grou(P=0.026,0.024,0.021,0.001).Monocytes from vulnerable plaque group showed elevated adhesion to plate-coated fibrinogen and phagocytosis ability to clear lipid.Conclusion Monocyte are associated with the formation and instability of coronary atherosclerotic plaques, and monocytes may promote the formation and development of coronary atherosclerotic plaques from multiple strands.关键词
