摘要

Abstract

Automatic mechanisms are often have problems of high cost, long term schedules, and small number of experimental specimens, establish driving reliability simulation test system of the automatic mechanism. Based on driving principle and system performance of engineering real driving mechanism system, establish reliability simulation model by integrating reliability analysis data source of driving mechanism system model. Then integrate 3D assistant modeling software, finite element analysis software and other business software, and combine with typical reliability analysis method to establish a coordination driving mechanism reliability simulation test system. Carry out reliability test analysis and evaluation for driving mechanism system. The simulation results show that the system can realize engineering real complex driving mechanism reliability simulation test.
