摘要

Abstract

Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics have been widely used in military and civilian industries,due to their excellent advantages such as toughness and impact resistance,long-term storage of prepregs,short molding cycle and easy recycling.Interface between resin and carbon fiber is one of the key factors to determine the properties of composites,and thermoplastic sizing agent is a critical obstacle that restricts the processing and performance of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics.This paper reviews the functions,types and preparation methods of thermoplastic sizing agents,including the interfacial interaction mechanisms between carbon fiber and thermoplastic matrix.
