Abstract
The work aims to study curing and film-forming mechanism of eco-friendly non-oriented silicon steel insulating coating by exploring effects of different curing processes on performance of the coating. A novel silicon steel insulating coating solution was prepared and cured by using different curing processes. Corrosion resistance, electrochemical performance, insu-lating property and surface morphology of the coating were evaluated by neutral salt spray test, electrochemical test, coating in-sulation resistance measuring meter and scanning electron microscope, so as to explore effects of different processes on the non-oriented silicon steel insulating coating. Curing and film-forming mechanism of the coating was studied based on differen-tial thermal analysis and infrared absorption spectrometry. The coating had uniform and dense surface provided with the best curing process (400 , 20 s). After 5 hours of salt spray test, corrosion percentage was less than 10%, surface insulation re℃ sis-tance was up to 300 ?·mm2, and electrochemical parameter of the coatings was the best. The morphology, electrochemical property, corrosion resistance and insulation performance of the eco-friendly coating are all the best at the moment, meeting us-ers' operating requirements. The study of curing process has certain theoretical guiding significance on industrial production of silicon steel coating.关键词
