筋骨草水煎液对急性肺炎的保护作用研究
Study on protective effect of water decotion of Ajuga decumbens on acute lung inflammation in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the protective effects of aqueous extract of Ajuga decumbens on acute lung inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and the molecular mechanism of protection in mice.Methods:Models of acute lung inflammation were established by inhalation of LPS,mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Ajuga decumbens group and dexamethasone group.Pathological changes in lung tissues of mice were observed,lung index(LI) and lung dry weight and wet weight ratio(W/D) were detected,TNF-α、IL-1β in BALF were measured by ELISA method.Results:The different concentration of aqueous extract of Ajuga decumbens could decrease pathological changes of lung tissues in acute lung inflammation mice compared with the model group.The data was analysis by SPSS13.0 software,LI,W/D and the content of TNF-α,IL-1β in BALF were significantly decreased,there were obvious differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aqueous extract of Ajuga decumbens has definite anti-inflammatory effect,can alleviate the symptoms of acute pneumonia in mice,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of TNF-α and IL-1β content.关键词
