双能量CT增强扫描对缺血性肠病的诊断价值
Clinical value of dual-energy CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of intestinal ischemia disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the dual-energy CT (DECT) clinical value for diagnosis of ischemic bowel disease.Methods:Dual-energy CT findings of 29 patients with clinically proven acute intestinal ischemia were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent dual-energy CT scan,including the treatment of vascular reconstruction in arterial phase,portal phase and equilibrium phase,and virtual scan;24 cases were examined by DSA and interventional therapy;5 cases underwent intestinal resection surgery.Results:In the diagnosis of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis,12 cases of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis,9 cases of superior mesenteric artery embolization,7 cases of superior mesenteric artery stenosis and 1 cases of superior mesenteric artery spasm were diagnosed by DECT.In this group,29 cases were confirmed by surgical operation or DSA interventional diagnosis and treatment.Mesenteric artery thrombosis,intestinal wall can be enhanced relatively weakened;mesenteric venous thrombosis,bowel wall thickness,swollen mesenteric edema,ascites;intestinal emphysema is only seen in all layers of necrosis,and other signs can be seen in different patterns and different degrees of intestinal ischemia.Conclusion:DECT can accurately diagnose the causes of ischemic bowel disease,and help to determine the degree of ischemia,reduce the clinical misdiagnosis.关键词
