Effects and mechanism of miRNA-210 in plasma of elderly patients with dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Investigate the expression change of miRNA-210 in the plasma of elderly patients with dementia or severe cognitive impairment,and explore the clinical significance of miRNA-210.Methods:MiRNA-chips were used to detect changes in plasma miRNA-210 levels in elderly patients (with or without dementia or severe cognitive impairment).Results:The expression of miRNA-210 in the plasma of elderly patients with dementia or severe cognitive impairment was significantly higher than that in elderly patients without dementia or severe cognitive impairment.Conclusion:MiRNA-210 may play an important regulatory role in the development of dementia or severe cognitive impairment,and further study its intrinsic mechanism.关键词
