阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀钙片对糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的干预治疗研究
Study on the intervention therapy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium on diabetes mellitus atherosclerosis

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of aspirin enteric-coated tablets (AECT) combined with atorvastatin calcium (AC) on diabetes mellitus atherosclerosis (AS).Methods:98 cases of diabetic mellitus patients with AS were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group has 49 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with AECT intervention therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with AC based on the therapy of the control group.The changes of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,intima-media thickness(IMT) and plaque thicknes in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the glucose metabolism(such as FBG、FINS、HbA1c、HOMA-IRI、TC、LDL、TG) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,There were statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05).The IMT and plaque thicknes in the two groups significantly decreased,and descent range in the observation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of AECT combined with AC for diabetic mellitus patients with AS can regulate the blood lipid level,reduce blood glucose and improve insulin resistance(IR),stabilize AS,and has a good clinical curative effect.关键词
