古代医案中小柴胡汤类方症与药关系的文献研究
A Study on the relationship between the symptoms and the associated prescriptions of Xiao Chai Hu Tang

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to use the Association Rules to do the data mining of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and its associated prescriptions,and explore the internal relationship between the "disease symptoms and drugs" of these prescriptions.Methods:Putting the "Dictionary of Chinese Medicine·Volume prescriptions" as prescription sources,we collect associated prescriptions of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and deeply explore the relationship between "disease symptoms and drugs" with the Association Rules.Results:In the 509 collected associated prescriptions,221 ancient books,the Chinese herbs qualify the association rules with support >0.08 and confidence >0.4.Bupleurum,liquorice,baical skullcap root,pinellia tuber and ginseng are associated with "fever" and "loss of appetite".Bupleurum,liquorice,pinellia tuber,baical skullcap root and ginger are associated with "vomit".Bupleurum,baical skullcap root,dried tangerine peel and pinellia tuber are associated with "distension of the hypochondrium".Bupleurum, liquorice and Fructus Gardeniae are associated with "fidgety".Bupleurum,liquorice and radix paeoniae alba are associated with "dry pharynx".Bupleurum,liquorice,radix paeoniae alba and dried tangerine peel are associated with "hypochondriac pain".Bupleurum,liquorice and poria cocos are associated with "dysuria".Bupleurum,baical skullcap root,fructus gardenia and rheum officinale are associated with "jaundice".Bupleurum,angelica sinensis and ligusticum wallichii are associated with "menstrual disorder".Bupleurum,liquorice,fructus aurantii and radix paeoniae alba are associated with "abdominal pain".Conclusion:Association rules can objectively reflect the intrinsic association rules of associated prescriptions of Xiao Chai Hu Tang.关键词
