Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical features and risk factors of acute symptomatic stroke in patients with silent cerebral infarction(SCI).Methods:In the cases of 186 patients with acute symptomatic stroke,50 patients with SCI were included in the SCI group;other 136 patients not associated with SCI were included in the non SCI group.The clinical subjects of the two groups were given Logistic regression analysis.Results:Patients with SCI presented with severe illness,large infarct size,and the prognosis was not very satisfactory.Age,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,high homocysteine,ischemic heart disease were the relevant factors in the pathogenesis of SCI (P<0.05).And the hypertension,high homocysteine and ischemic heart disease were the independent risk factors.Conclusion:Acute symptomatic stroke patients with SCI presented with severe illness,large infarct size,and the prognosis was not very satisfactory.The progress of disease was influenced by many factors,and clinicians should pay adequate attention.关键词
