摘要

Abstract

ZnO/ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles were synthesised by one-step hydrothermal method using zinc nitrate and ferrous sulfate as raw materials.Then ZnO/ZnFe2O4/graphene was prepared by reduction of graphene oxide with hydrazine hydrate.The structure of the catalyst was analyzed by means of XRD (X-ray Diffraction),FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy),TEM (Transmission Electron Nicroscope),FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectoscopy) and other characterization methods.Methylene blue was used as a target to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the composite catalysts under visible light irradiation.The results show that when the content of graphene is 3%,the photocatalytic activity of the samples is highest and the degradation rate of methylene blue solution reached 98% in 60min under the irradiation of visible light.The composite catalyst has good stability and can be easily recovered by the external magnetic field because of the existence of ZnFe2 O4.
