Abstract
Composite phase change material formed by A188Si alloy and kaolin as substrate material is researched for the relationship between content of A1-Si alloy and latent heat and thermal stability of the composite phase change materials.In the research performed were DSC-TG,thermal cycles,microstructure and heat conduction analysis.When A1-Si alloy content changes in the sequence of 50%,33%,25%,20% and 17% after 5,10,15 and 20 times thermal cycles,latent heat of the phase change materials is decreasing and becomes stable after 15 thermal cycles.In addition,the microscopic morphology of the phase change material tends to be stable and the thermal conductivity decreases linearly with increasing temperature.At 600℃C,and thermal conductivity of the phase change materials with 25% and 33% A1-Si alloy are 6.51W/m.K and 3.45w/ m·K,respectively.In conclusion,phase change material that A1-Si alloy content in 25% and 300% is the best choice for special industry need.关键词
