摘要

Abstract

Pulsed energy is a kind of electrical signal,which is not varying in sinusoidal waveform and accompanying mutation in power grid.The extraction of pulse energy mutation information is important to study the feature of pulse.According to the features of pulse energy,this paper proposes a new method to extract some mutations and decision rules based on S-transform theory,and then,it is applied to extract and analyze the measured mutation information of typical pulse energy signals.The results show that the proposed method can identify the mutation information accurately,which is the effective method to study the mutation features of pulsed energy.
