摘要

Abstract

Due to disturbance of power grid,the islanding effect can't be accurately detected,so this paper proposes a new disturbance islanding and disturbance identification method without active power disturbance.When the voltage fluctuation is detected at the point of common coupling,a periodic reactive current as a disturbance component is applied.The characteristic component of reactive power through local load is extracted by wavelet analysis,which is identified between islanding and disturbance using SVM.The simulation results show that the method can accurately identify the islanding and power grid disturbance.
