Abstract
With the increasing of value for the power quality between the power supply and load,lots of power quality monitoring (PQM) devices are installed in both sides,and in order to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the PQM device and the reliability and validity of the monitoring results,it is necessary to establish a PQM device testing standard.This paper is based on the concepts of measurement,testing,test and inspection,and the objective and main scope of the standard are specified though the analysis of the testing for PQM devices and the tested PQM devices in different cases.Finally,it points out several issues that need to be noticed and proposes some principles or suggestions in order to start a discussion of the testing standards.关键词
