Visualization Design and Analysis for Power Electronics System Based on Energy Flow Topology

Abstract
Power electronics system obtains efficient electromagnetic energy conversion through switching control of power semiconductor devices. Its ultimate aim is to improve the capability and reliability of conversion system. This paper tries to use system energy and energy flow as state variables directly for modeling. The energy flow model of conversion system is built in order to visually describe the distribution and transmission of electromagnetic energy in power electronics conversion system. Taking multi-terminal integrated energy converter as an example, this paper establishes a design and analysis platform based on energy flow topology method. Herein, the concept of energy flow is set, the energy flow topology and its visualization method are built, and the static and dynamic surfaces are designed using visualization technique in scientific computing. The application examples show that energy flow topology method can well characterize the commutation process of power electronics system in large timescale.关键词
