摘要

Abstract

Based on the Bosch UIR system,the tip dressing parameters of the robot welding gun were optimized.The electrical principle,dynamic resistance detection principle and constant power compensation principle of Bosch UIR system are briefly described.The tip dressing interval and parameters,which affect the electrode life,were studied separately:The UIR system's resistance detection function is used to automatically identify and monitor the cleanliness of the electrode face.Optimize tip dressing timing,that is,to determine the appropriate tip dressing interval;And then through the use of "small pressure,multi-lap,twice dressing" tip dressing parameters to enhance surface quality of electrode,reduce amount of electrode axial wear and increase the number of dressing.Finally,the feasibility of the optimization was verified by the application examples of the spot welding of the Fabia NF model in the SAIC-Volkswagen,and the electrode life of 0.7+0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet was increased from 4 500 to 15 500 points.
