Abstract
The arc sound signal acquisition system is designed based on LabVIEW virtual instrument.The MIG welding droplet transfer and spray transfer arc sound signals are taken as the research object.The arc sound signals are decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet packet and the characteristics of different frequency bands energy are extracted,and hen,the feature vectors of droplet transfer and spray transfer arc sound signals are constructed and identified.The results show that the arc sound frequency spectrums of these two kinds of transfers mainly concentrate in 0~7 kHz.The arc sound energy of droplet transfer has higher amplitude at low frequency band (0~1.5 kHz) and that of spray transfer has higher amplitude at high frequency band (2~5 kHz).The energy percentage of the arc sound signals of these two kinds of transfers in the frequency bands of S4,0,S4,2,S4 and 3 are obviously different,which can be used as a feature vector to identify droplet transfer and sprav transfer.关键词
