箱型梁焊接变形和应力三维数值模拟
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the welding deformation and stress of box girder
摘要
Abstract
The welding process of box girder boom is simulated by the finite element analysis and then the postweld deformation and residual stress distribution of the boom are obtained.The experiment is verified by the Metra SCAN and blind-hole methods.The results show that the deformation trend is contracted inwards,the deformation is upwarping near the welds and its peak is located at the arc ignition and extinguishing,the peak value is 1.66 mm.Residual stress is high near the welds and its peak value is 459.9 MPa.The error between simulation results and experimental results is within 0.5 mm.The simulation results well agree with the measurement results of blind-hole method,and the error is 26.1% and meets the requirements of engineering application,which proves the accuracy of simulation results.关键词
