摘要

Abstract

The leakage of transformer oil tank will cause waste and increase maintenance costs,even affect the product's electrical performance,which brings hidden dangers to the safe operation of the transformer.Three methods of leakage tests commonly adopted by transformer manufacturers for the weld tightness of oil tank are introduced,which are pressure leak test,kerosene penetration leak test and surface dye detection.The detailed operation process of these three methods are described and compared from the aspects of production cost,operation,leakage test effect,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages in actual production.The leakage test method can be determined based on the weld position,welding structure and welding method of transformer oil tank,thus to improve the tightness of welds.
