摘要
Abstract
The new active balancing solution of large capacity lithium battery pack for mining transporter was designed.The scheme could cooperate with the main control system to realize the capacity balancing of lithium-ion batteries and the efficient and safe operation of the electric motor group with mining lithium battery.The digital power technology was used to control the bidirectional topology device to realize the bidirectional interaction of energy,and the switch matrix was used to connect the cells and pack.The implementation principle,topology structure and control process of the system were given.The practical application results show that the solution has the advantages of large balancing current and high efficiency,and it can achieve real-time and effective active balancing effect.关键词
