Effect of crystal microstructure of lithium manganate on electrical performance of battery
摘要
Abstract
The synthesis processes of three different morphologies of lithium manganate including irregular,spherical and single crystal lithium manganate were described.The morphology and structure of the samples were tested by microscopic image test method,and their properties were studied.The button and soft pack batteries made of three kinds of lithium manganese were tested by cell cycle and DTA test.The role of material morphology in the material structure and thermal stability was analyzed.The test results show that the single crystal LMO has the best comprehensive properties,especially the cycle performance and thermal stability;the irregular LMO has poor properties;most of the performance indexes of spherical LMO are better,except the optimal discharge capacity.关键词
