摘要

Abstract

The influence of the thickness of the window layer and the front contact barrier on the p layer barrier and the inner potential of the microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cells was studied based on the solar cell simulation software AMPS-1D.At the same time,the influence of this factor on the solar cell performance was predicted and analyzed.The results show that the performance of microcrystalline silicon solar cells is better when the front contact barrier is larger.The p layer thickness has significant influence on the performance of the battery when the front contact barrier is less than 1.32 eV.When the thickness of p layer is 14 nm,the performance of microcrystalline silicon solar cells is the best.
