摘要

Abstract

The crystal phase of lead paste material is significantly affected by acid content of the material.In the process of the formation,the substitution reaction of crystal phase of lead paste material happens,effecting the microstructure and mechanical strength of its active substance.In addition,the cycle life of lead acid battery is directly affected.The influence of acid content in lead paste on the battery cycle life was studied through computer image.The research shows that when the acid content in lead paste is 7%-8%,the battery has the best performance.
