摘要

Abstract

The carbon capture power plant under flexible operation can provide reserve service by reducing its carbon capture operation power to supply energy to the power grid.A carbon capture power decision model is proposed for carbon capture power plant under flexible operation to maximize the comprehensive revenue in reserve, energy and carbon emission market.By taking the randomness of reserve dispatch and the quadratic generating cost into account, the decision model can calculate the optimal output power of the carbon capture system in both cases whether the reserve is dispatched or not and the prepared reserve capacity.The effects of optimization are verified by cases in point with an analysis of the influences of the carbon price, generators' characteristics and the output of energy and reserve market on the generator's decision of reserve service and carbon capture.
