Interactive Evaluation Model for Residential Electricity in Demand Side Management

Abstract
The core of smart utility is to implement demand response by the two-way interaction between the grid and the users.An interactive evaluation model of the residential electricity consumption is proposed for demand side management (DSM).Firstly, the model proposed is built that involves load optimization, demand response and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) interactive evaluation in the whole DSM's process.Then the implementation method for the model is elaborated based on the optimal demand strategy solved by the multi-objective genetic algorithm and users' demand response strategy calculated by the price elasticity index.The interactive electricity strategy for residents is evaluated by the improved TOPSIS method.An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of this approach.And finally, experiment results show that the model performs effectively for the interactive evaluation of residential electricity consumption.关键词
