摘要

Abstract

Global Energy Interconnection (GEI) can promote transformation of energy development mode, achieve optimal allocation of clean energy in the world, and ensure efficient operation of interconnected power grids. In order to guide GEI standardization and meet needs of GEI industry development both in market and investment, this paper reviews progress and application of domestic and international standards. By using advanced concepts, methods and tools from international organizations and agencies, conceptual model and reference block diagram are described. Following the principles of systematicness, inheritance and extensibility, hierarchy structure and system table of GEI are proposed from four aspects of smart grid, ultra-high voltage(UHV) and novel power transmission, clean energy and grid interconnection. Standard requirements are analyzed in related technical fields. Finally, combined with future development of GEI, some suggestions on standardization work are put forward.
