Aflatoxin M1 in Milk and Dairy Products: A Review
摘要
Abstract
With economic development and improvement of people's living standards in China, milk and dairy products, with rich nutritional value, have gradually become the people's daily necessities of life.At the same time, people become more attractive with the quality of milk and dairy products instead of the quantity.As a result of the occurrence of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in milk of a certain brand in 2011, and the fact that infants and young children are more vulnerable to AFM1 compared with adults, more attention has been paid to concerning the AFM1 pollution problems in milk and dairy products.This review summarized the origin and biological properties, pollution and limit regulations, detection and prevention technologies of AFM1 in milk and dairy products, based on the previous studies.关键词
