复合抗菌肽对山羊瘤胃发酵和酶活性的影响
Effects of Compound Antimicrobial Peptides on Ruminal Fermentation and Enzyme Activities of Goats

Abstract
This experiment was evaluated to study the effects of compound antimicrobial peptides (C-AMPs) on ruminal fermentation and enzyme activities of goats fed diets with different concentrates.Eighteen 4-month-old male goats were randomly divided into 3 groups and each group had 6 goats.The groups included control group (group Ⅰ), high-concentrate group (group Ⅱ), and high-concentrate antimicrobial peptide group (group Ⅲ), and fed with 300, 600 and 600 g concentrate per head per day, respectively.Moreover, the concentrate of group Ⅲ supplemented with 3.0 g C-AMPs per head per day.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows: relative to the group Ⅰ, the group Ⅱ showed a significant increase in the concentrations of acetate, total volatile fatty acids (T-VFA), methane (CH4), ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3-N), urea nitrogen, microprotein (MCP), the ratio of (acetate+butyrate) to propionate, the activities of xylanase and lipase in rumen fluid (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and showed a significant decrease in the activities of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMCase), β-glucosidase and amylase (P<0.01 or P<0.05), but did not show a significant change in the concentrations of propionate and butyrate, and the activities of pectinase and neutral protease (P>0.05).Relative to the group Ⅱ, the group Ⅲ had no significant change in the concentrations of propionate, butyrate, NH3-N and the activities of CMCase, pectinase, neutral protease and lipase (P>0.05), but the group Ⅲ showed a significant decrease in the concentrations of acetate, T-VFA, CH4, urea nitrogen, the ratio of (acetate+butyrate) to propionate and the activity of xylanase (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and showed a significant increase in the concentration of MCP and the activities of β-glucosidase and amylase (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The results indicate that dietary C-AMPs can modulate ruminal fermentation model and enhance feed conversion rate, and it can be applied as an ideal feed additive.关键词
