Anti-EMI Design for PWM Switched Mode Power Supply IC

Abstract
Three design ways are presented for SMPS IC in order to improve its anti-EMI performance.The switched MOSFET is conducted at the first valley and the peak conductive current is reduced when Quasi-Resonant operation mode is adopted for SMPS IC.Bandwidths of each current and voltage harmonic of SMPS are extended through the adoption of frequency changeable techniques,and the amplitude of higher harmonics is cut down.The ripple wave of current is reduced through the adoption of limiting switched current.The controller SX1608 is implemented in 0.25 μm 5 V/40 V BCD process,and the test result shows that the anti-EMI performance is good,and the ripple wave of current is low.关键词
