摘要

Abstract

In view of the general inverter welding machine control circuit using analog control scheme caused by the complex circuit structure,system performance indicators of consistency and reliability are poor,and a design scheme of inverter welding machine control circuit is presented based on STC15W4K Series MCU.The related functions of controlling circuit are realized on the same MCU,which simplifies the structure of the control circuit.Through the practical test,the design scheme has the advantages of accurate parameters(error 0.3%),frequency,duty cycle and dead time adjustment,high universality and high reliability.
