摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam on pediatric bacterial pneumonia chnicaL Methods:Eighty-eight children with bacterial pneumonia in the hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were treated as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam,while the control group was only treated with amoxicillin/sulbactam.The symptoms score,improved of clinical symptoms and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Results:After a course of treatment,clinical curative effect of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of two groups were significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The cough,pulmonary rales,reaction and sputum these four points of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huagaisan combined with amoxicillin/sulbactam can obviously reduce the clinical symptoms of children with good clinical efficacy,and this combination of TCM and western medicine can be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
