我院小儿肿瘤科住院患儿超说明书用药分析
Off-Label Use of Inpatients in Pediatric Oncology Department
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To retrospective analyze the situation of off-label use on pediatric oncology department inpatients,to provide basis of rational drug usage to pediatric oncology department.Methods:We randomly selected 300 medical records in pediatric oncology department from September,2014 to August,2015.According to the drug instructions and related literature,analyzed the off-label use.Results:There were 6,259 medical orders and 228 kinds of drugs.One hundred and eighty-eight inpatients were involved with off-label use in total 300 inpatients and the rate was 62.67％.There were 1,007 off-label use of medical orders and the off-label use rate was 16.09％.There were 49 kinds of drugs involved in off-label use.Conclusion:The situation of off-label use is general in pediatric oncology department,which become the hidden danger of medical dispute.We should carry out relevant solutions to control and stop the unnecessary off-label use.关键词
