摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of vitamin B complex atropine solution.Methods:The major components named vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B6,nicotinamide and atropine sulfate in vitamin B complex atropine solution were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results:The results showed that the major components were well separated and the linear relationships were good within wide ranges by HPLC.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate and could be readily utilized as a quality control method for the vitamin B complex atropine solution.关键词
