摘要

Abstract

Two-year-old Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings were used as experimental materials, the photosynthetic light response curve and photosynthetic physiological indexes of C.lanceolata seedlings under different artifial light (white light, red light, blue light, yellow light and green light) and intensities were measured by using a portable photosynthetic analyzer Li6400-XT to compare photosynthesis response of C.lanceolata to different light conditions.[JP3]The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of C.lanceolata seedlings under different light and intensity was significantly different(P<0.01).Under the low light condition(≤200 μmol·m-2·s-1), the photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of C.lanceolata seedlings under red light were significantly higher than those of other light quality, with 5.743 and 6.783 μmol·m-2·s-1 respectively.Under the high light condition(≥1 500 μmol·m-2·s-1), the photosynthetic rate of C.lanceolata seedlings under blue and green light were 13.158 and 13.400 μmol·m-2·s-1, respectively, which were higher than other light quality, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration increased and green light increased more than blue light.Under the medium light condition(200~1 500 μmol·m-2·s-1), photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration of C.lanceolata seedlings under white light were at a high level.The leaf water use efficiency and intercellular CO2 concentration of C.lanceolata under yellow light decreased continuously after peaking the maximum value with the light intensity of 500 μmol·m-2·s-1.
