摘要
Abstract
GH4169 Nickel-based superalloys widely used, but it was difficult to cut.The residual stress of the machined surface could easily lead to the deformation of the workpiece, thereby the machining quality of the workpiece was affected.The variation of residual stress under different cutting parameters was studied by the simulation software Deform-3D.Simulation results showed that the change of cutting speed had little influence on the surface residual stress, the surface residual stress was increased with the increase of the cutting depth and the feed rate.The residual stress in workpiece was increased with the increased cutting parameters.关键词
