摘要

Abstract

Most of the landslides have been observed occurring during or after rainfall.In this paper,the slip-surface stress method,a combination of FEM and traditional limit equilibrium method,is applied for the 2-D slope stability analysis.The effects of the rainfall intensity,duration time and rain types on the slope stability are analyzed,and the reliability based slope stability is studied considering the uncertainty of soil shear strength for slope stability under rainfall.The analyzing results are consistent with the characteristics of statistic results of the rainfall-caused landslide cases in Chongqing area.
