基于耗散结构的公交驾驶员胜任力熵模型
Entropy model of bus drivers competency based on the theory of dissipative structure
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate competency level of bus driver scientifically,improve bus drivers competency and the attraction of bus transportation.This paper builts a competency model and a competency entropy function of bus drivers applying the theory of dissipative structure and the entropy of information principles.This model mainly consisted of three parts:knowledge,skill and working style.It valued the weight of indicators of competency model by the set-value statistics model as well.h indicated the entropy change mechanism of bus drivers that the higher of bus drivers order degree was,the lower of entropy function value was,and vice versa by questionnaire survey' s empirical analysis.关键词
