考虑碳化因素修正的福建地区混凝土超声回弹测强曲线研究
Modified regional prediction curves of concrete strength considering carbonation depth through ultrasonic-rebound combined method
摘要
Abstract
In the previous study,a regional prediction curve to predict the strength of concrete in Fujian province has been provided based on the experimental results.However,the carbonation effect was neglected.For a particular concrete component,the carbonation effect is considered to be an inevitable factor which has a great influence on the strength,as well as the measured rebound and ultrasonic values.Therefore,the ultrasonic-rebound combined method is applied to some real projects,and the carbonation depth and the core strength of the components are measured.A modified regional prediction curve is proposed by taking into account different levels of carbonation depth.The comparison results show that the modified curve has great agreement with the measured core strength.Limit error is found in the proposed modified curve and the maximum error meet the specification requirements for maximum error on the current code.关键词
