摘要

Abstract

In allusion to problems of serious shaking of the minimum flow regulating valve and influence on stability of the feed water system caused by deficiency of traditional proportion integral differential (PID), single function and hysteresis function in minimum flow regulating valve control, this paper analyzes effects, advantages and disadvantages of the first order low pass filter and lag correction in control strategy, and proposes a kind of improved hysteresis function control strategy based on the first order low pass filter and lag correction which is to add the Smooth module and RATELMT speed limit module in the control logic as well as increase K value correction. The optimized control strategy can effectively decrease shaking of the minimum flow regulating valve and improve control stability of the feed water system.
