Abstract
In allusion to the problem of large resistance in the section from electric precipitator outlet to induced draft fan inlet of the rectangular tail flue of No.2 unit in one power plant, ANSYS fluid calculation software was adopted to perform numerical simulation on flue flow field. Simulation result was compared with theoretical calculation result, which verified reasonability of the research method and drew conclusions that parts with excessive resistance in the flue included parts such as bend or reducer as well as the confluence of flue gas. Three sets of transform scheme for circular cross-section flue were designed and numerical simulation was conducted on resistance characteristic. Resistance reduction rates of the flue of those three schemes were respectively 89.51%, 92.64% and 89.82%. Considering actual engineering application, the scheme of selecting shrimp curved structure was supposed to be appropriate.关键词
