Abstract
Objective To study the effect of family doctor contracted service mode in comprehensive nursing care for residents' health.Methods A total of 620 residents from Jinhua Street Community,Liwan,Guangzhou were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated by family doctor contracted service mode.The control group was only provided with regular community health care.1 year from then,the effects,the health records,follow-up conditions,health knowledge questionnaire score,satisfaction,and disease cured rate were compared between these two groups.Results The health record building rate,the follow-up rate,and the rate of attending health lecture ≥ 3 times were 97.1%,41.3%,and 56.4% in the observation group and were 39.7%,16.5%,and 17.8% in the control group (all P < 0.05).11.1% patients were followed up 0.5 time per month and 32.5% 0.5-1.0 time per month in the observation group and 1.9% and 9.6% in the control group (P < 0.05).The health knowledge questionnaire score was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction rates were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (85.3% vs.48.9% and 98.7% vs.90.5%,both P < 0.05).The disease cured rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (96.2% vs.88.2%,P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of family doctor contracted service mode in comprehensive nursing care for residents' health can effectively command the residents' health situation,generalize health education,increase the residents' satisfaction and disease cured rate,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
