认知心理干预对双相障碍抑郁患者的疗效
The clinical effect of cognitive-behavioral psychological intervention on patients with bipolar disorder

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cognitive-behavioral psychological intervention on patients with bipolar disorder.Methods 82 patients with bipolar disorder conforming to the diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-Ⅲ) were divided into observation group (42cases) and control group (40 cases) with the random number table method.The observation group was treated with cognitive-behavioral psychological intervention.World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) was used as the tool of assessment for clinical symptoms and quality of life,and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) for the clinical efficacy.Results After the intervention for 8 weeks,the total effective rates of observation group and control group were respectively 95.2％ and 82.5％,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of 4 fields of WHOQOL-BREF between two groups before and after intervention (P＜0.05),and there were statistically significant differences between two groups after intervention (P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-behavioral psychological intervention could enhance recovery function and improve the quality of life of patients with bipolar disorder.关键词
